Confirm in the two required steps<\/p><p>Deletion is <strong>immediate and permanent<\/strong>.<\/p><h2><strong>Alternatively: by email<\/strong><\/h2><p>If you no longer have access to the app or your phone, please email <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"mailto:customer-care@bluon.io\"><strong>customer-care@bluon.io<\/strong><\/a><\/span> from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line &#8220;Delete MyMi Account.&#8221; We will take care of this within 30 days and send you a confirmation.<\/p><h2><strong>What gets deleted<\/strong><\/h2><p>When you delete your account, the following items will be permanently deleted:<\/p><ul><li>your email address and profile information (language, newsletter preferences);<\/li><li>data from configured MyMi devices, including the child&#8217;s name and gender;<\/li><li>the positions recorded during alarms;<\/li><li>members and invitations;<\/li><li>the feedback you&#8217;ve submitted and the statistical data associated with your account.<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not retain copies of your data after deletion, except as may be necessary to comply with legal obligations.<\/p><h2><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Please note:<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>Without an account, the MyMi anti-abandonment device cannot function<\/strong>:<br\/>The app will no longer receive the pillow&#8217;s status and will not be able to trigger alarms.
